I Love to Go A'Wandering

Okay, Lovelies, I am back. I always come back, you know. Sometimes it just takes a bit to get things sorted out.

Val-de-ri, val-de-ra

Saturday I spent the afternoon in silence bringing spiritual and emotional closure to 2011, and setting my intentions for 2012. Words are critical to me so I share with you some that emerged in my mind and on the page that day:

Substance • Beauty • Elegance • Humor • Strength • Openness • Edge • Different • Connected • Removed

Removed is a bit of a puzzler, eh?

Additionally, I came across this phrase, which captures where I anticipate I will be much of this year: "Neither looking to the left, nor looking to the right...just being in the middle." Similarly, this image from my recent explorations of the Donald D. Ferguson Demonstration Forest in Northern Minnesota is a fine visual representation of what I see forthcoming.
